Tim is nationally recognized in insurance planning industry as an expert planner and case designer, and is a frequent speaker at estate and insurance planning conferences, including the Million Dollar Round Table. Tim has extensive experience in cross border planning for clients living in the United States and Canada, and has worked with other multi-national, intergenerational families.  He is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the author of An Accounting Guide for Non-Qualified Arrangements, Let Charity Lead the Way, and other articles featured in industry and financial publications.

Tim, along with his wife and two daughters, enjoys searching for new specimens to add to his extensive mineral collection and is an avid reader of history, law and geology.
